We at The Fourteenth believe in quality over quantity. Therefore, our Made-To-Order process will cause a slight delay in processing times. This is due to us ensuring we are producing products to the highest standard for our customers every order.
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
Refund requests will only be considered at the sole discretion of our team and are evaluated carefully.
The Fourteenth is not responsible for customer errors, from sizing through to shipping addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please reach out via our contact page as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist in updating your order information.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. In the scenario that issues/problems regarding your product occur, we ask you to refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, The Fourteenth does not claim liability.
This policy is in place to limit the risk of orders being cancelled halfway through our production phase. We do our best to ensure we produce quality products for our customers therefore our process can be time consuming however, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make changes after an order has been placed. These changes include (but are not limited to) removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
